Green Velvet Cake2 eggs, beaten Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vinegar in bowl; mix well. Sift flour and baking soda together. Add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and food coloring; mix well. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes, cool. Frost with white icing. White Icing Mix all ingredients together well. |
