Ultimate Low-Fat Pancakes

3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
Dash of vanilla extract

Combine yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to yogurt mixture; blend only until mixed.
