Chocolate Jewel Pie2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs Prepare chocolate crust by mixing cookie crumbs with melted butter. Pat into bottom of square cake pan and refrigerate until crumbs set and form a crust. Dissolve red Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Pour into loaf pan and chill until firm. Do the same with green and yellow Jell-O. You will be using three loaf pans. When gelatins are firm, cut all three flavors into cubes. Pour cubes of Jell-O into the whipped cream and mix gently. Pour whipped cream mixture into chocolate cookie crust. Top with sliced fresh fruit and drizzle with chocolate syrup. |
