Devils on Horseback1 pound chicken livers Sauté the chicken livers in butter, then cut into 3/4-inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff each prune with a slice of chicken liver and a walnut half. Wrap each prune with a bacon slice and secure with a wooden pick. Grill 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve hot. Makes 24. |
