Smoked Salmon PinwheelsSpread sliced smoked salmon with cream cheese seasoned with lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Place a row of capers at one end and roll up like a jellyroll. Chill. Cut crosswise in 1/2-inch pieces to make pinwheels. |
